I picked this up for ten bucks at FYE last Saturday (half price, woohoo!). I have to say, it seems worth it. The Amazon reviews are actually really bad, but what do you expect from a miniature camera that costs $10? My dad and I both have invisible bullseyes on our bumpers. (I was hit three times in three weeks last year plus once more on my way to work, Dad was hit twice with new cars each time, and was in one other. The year before that somebody totaled his '78 Porche and hit his SUV at 45 mph in front of a cop.) I figured this would be great to have on hand since I never remember to keep a disposable camera in my glove box in case of an accident. Now I always have something handy since I don't have a camera phone. The picture quality is surprisingly good condsidering its size- it's about the same quality as a camera phone, but a little bigger.
Cons:
Picture quality isn't perfect, but they're clear. It mostly just dulls the colors.
Pictures are deleted when you take out the battery.
Pictures aren't full size, but they're big enough.
Viewfinder takes some getting used to and isn't exact.
You have to load the software on your computer to view the pictures.
If you want to delete one pic, you can't scroll around and choose which. Only the last pic you took or all of them at once.
Pros:
Great if you don't have a camera phone.
Nice price.
Comes in grey, white, or pink, and looks cute on your keychain. People keep asking me if it's real.
Holds 20 pictures
A better (and cheaper) alternative to keeping a disposable camera in your glove box. You don't have to replace this one every six months.
The viewfinder stinks, but it STILL takes better indoor pictures than my Kodak.
There are other keychain cameras out there, so if you want one I'd recommend shopping around and checking Amazon product reviews first. Get one with a better viewfinder, or be prepared to take several pictures of the same thing so one of them turns out. The viewfinder on this one always ends up being higher than what you're actually taking a picture of.
My viewfinder sucks, but I'm fun!
Here are some pics I took with it:
Auggie at the park (he's the one behind the puggle).
A little bit of my desk at work.

Dune
Roberto Cavalli
Skechers
that's a cute device. I'm curious about seeing an actual pic taken with it...

1I want Jemima puddleduck's hat!!!!
I'll have to see if I'd get in trouble for loading the software onto my work computer, otherwise I can update later with some pics I took at home.
2I always wondered about these small cameras waiting in line to check out my merchandise at the stores. Good prices, but always wondered if it was worth it. Not sure about loading the software on the computer though. Shared computer but it's not my computer, lol Thanks so much for posting this.
3its pretty good for the price and its compact and easy to use since you wont be using it for too much.if you ever decide to get a bigger one sony 7.2 for 2hundred is pretty good.
4My mom bought one of those for my sister and i. Trust me, it's not worth it. The battery died every week or so and we all know how high the cost of batteries is. I stopped using it after a month, because i got tired of supplying new batteries every time i turned around.
5I noticed that too, so I just keep the battery loose in my purse in one of the side pockets.
